Returns and Exchanges
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
Before submitting your returns request, please ensure your items are;
Items are unworn and unwashed
Items must not have any marks, stains, or scents
Items must have all original tags and packaging intact
All returns and exchanges requests must be made within 14 days of receiving
All items marked 40% off or more or as clearance cannot be returned
All accepted returns will be refunded as store credit
All returns and exchange requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and assessed by our team. Please do not begin a return if your items do not meet the criteria. All costs for returns are to be covered by the customer.
Faulty items
We do everything possible to ensure you receive all your items in the best condition possible but sometimes things go wrong!
If you receive a faulty item, please:
Immediately take a photo of the fault in your item
Email your photo and a description of the fault you have found to contact@guiltyswim.com.au
Wait for a reply – If we believe there is a fault in your item, we will send a pre-paid returns label to use.
Do not wear / use the faulty item as we will not be able to accept a request after the item has been used.
Faulty items requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and assessed by our team. Please do not begin a return if your items until you receive an email back from us or all costs / additional costs will have to be covered by the customer.
Please be aware that we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable if damages occur during the delivery process of your item.
Before purchasing, we ask that you do your best to ensure you are happy with the items and sizing you have chosen. We do accept change of mind / exchange requests and return requests; however, all items must follow our returns and exchanges conditions. All approved returns and exchanges will be at the cost of the customer (except for faulty items). Once payment has been collected, your purchase is considered final and can not be cancelled.
