Domestic Orders (Within Australia)

We aim to get all orders shipped within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 3 days for your items to be shipped.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number after your parcel has been sent out for shipping.

All shipping time frames on our website are an estimate.

If you have not received am email confirming your order has been shipped after 3 days, please contact us using the form below.

If you have received an email with a tracking number from us but are having problems locating your order, please contact Australia Post.

Domestic Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping 5 – 7 business days  : $5.50

Express Shipping 1 – 3 business days : $11.00

All orders over $150.00 qualify for free express shipping

 

International Orders

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post or DHL. Please check your confirmation of shipping email for your shipping details and tracking number.

If you have received an email with a tracking number from us but are having problems locating your order, please contact Australia Post or DHL (the courier used for your parcel will be identified on your confirmation of shipping email)

 

International Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping 10 – 14  business days  : $15.00

Express Shipping 6 – 9 business days : $22.00

All orders over $250.00 qualify for free express shipping

Please be aware that once your parcels have left our facility, Guilty the Label cannot be held responsible for any damages or lost parcels.
